Blog 2: The first and best concert that I`ve went
Hello everyone, hoping that you`re great today, in this blog I share with you my experience with my first concert.
It was the last 11st december, I went to the Knotfest with my mom in the monumental stadium.
Was a great experience, since we bought the tickets till we´re there.
First, we don`t know if we can go to the concert, because the tickets was too expensive and while the organizers announce the artists and the bands that will go to the knotfest, the tickets were selling so fast.
In this concert the "main characters" or the most expected groups was Slipknot and Pantera, but also went incredible bands.
Slipknot is an alternative metal band, globally famous, and have a lot of songs and albums, for example, the songs "Dead memories in my head", "Vermillion", and the albums "All hope is gone" and "IOWA". They are from United States, the vocalist also have songs in his personally musical career, like the song "Snuff". All the members of this group wear masks, some people say that the masks wont die, so the group never die.
The other main character was the group Pantera, a heavy metal band, that also is very famous, and they does`nt be together in a stage for a long time (like twenty years) ago till this time, the knotfest. They have songs like "Cowboys from hell", "This love", and albums like "Vulgar display of power" and "Far beyond driven".
So this day was so expected for my mom and me, we wanted to listen and see Sepultura, Mr Bungle, Pantera and Slipknot.
We didn`t expect that was a very long queue to only entry to the stadium and we`re there like two hours.
When we entry the atmosphere was so crazy, full of people, was difficult to walk there and was so hot that day like 30º, also in the place you could only smell weed.
But with all these difficulties we enjoyed so much the concert, we dance and sing all the afternoon till the night, like 11 pm.
Was our first time with My mom seeing to Slipknot, I'm not going to forget it.

I've read your blog and I enjoyed a lot! and at the same time, I will recognize that I feel a little bit of envy, because I couldn´t go to Knotfest, I don't have enough money on that moment. I really wanted to go to that epic Festival, to see Pantera and Slipknot, of my favorite's bands. And It's so nice to see that was your first concert, because it's an unforgettable experience, as well you say it on this post.

ResponderEliminarHello Isidora, I had never heard of this festival. It seems very interesting to me to know more cultural instances and to be able to know more music groups. There is a lot to discover, and as you say, you have to search until you find it, it's good that you were able to get the tickets, it looks like you had a great time.
